sharp pains and tingles!!!!

Hi for the last few days I have been having really sharp pains all over my body especially on my back and my arms
I have also had a really horrible tingly sensation all over my body as well is the a symptom of panic attacks as I have never experianced it before its really
Horrid I've tried to not think about it but its so hard!!

Well, it sure sounds like the symptoms for a panic attack D: You should try to stay calm, and maybe go to a doctor to see it. I used to have panic attacks everyday last month, and now that I went to a specialist and started on medication and therapy, I'm felling reeeally better :D So try to take care of this, so then you can get better :3

I get, numbness and pins and needles in my legs, feet, arms and its usually worse in my right side. sometimes its painful, like someones sticking a needle in me, it has in the past made me worry that much Ive got into a vicious circle with anxiety symptoms making my anxiety worse. Now i except this is how my anxiety presents itself. :flowers:
