Hi everybody
I am new to this site, but very impressed with the content.

I am 49 years old and been anxious pretty much all of my life, but this is stable at the moment because I am taking medication (a lifesaver). This condition runs through my Mothers side of the family.

I would like to help people on this site and also make new friends,:)

I feel that when you read about peoples' experiences, this can either help you, or you are able to offer help to others.

I am looking forward to speaking with some of you.
