Hello. Had a really bad couple of years and things came to a head this last weekend. Was already on 60mg of Citalopram but still couldn't cope. Can anyone tell me if the 60 will eventually work please? Don't worry been back at the doctors and hospital 3 times this week as I recognised what was happening and am starting CBT next week.:blush:

Hi, Mia,
Two years is a long time to be under stress. You say it finally came to head. That's normal and no surprise. How long have you been on your medication? Some meds take four to six weeks to work. Don't give up hope.

It sounds like you are handling things very well and taking care of yourself. You will be fine.
