I've already posted on Panic but though that I should introduce myself.

I'm 26, from the UK and mum to three lively monsters!

My mum says I was always an anxious child but my first anxiety really started after medical complications when my second child was born and have come an go ever since.

I'm a studying to be a teacher at the moment.
