Hello, my names Mark and in 26 from Sheffield in the Uk, I have suffered with OCD and anxiety for the last 4 years.

I had got a lot better up until recently when my gf went back to uni and since then its gone really down hill. I'm constantly shaking, panicking, having problems sleeping and even having crazy thoughts.

I don't really know what else to say.
