sertraline side effects

Hi everyone ive been on sertraline for a few months now im on 100 mg it has helped with my depression but not my anxiety since being on sertraline ive lost weight get palpatations night sweats and most of all its made my ibs worse i also have acid stomache im so fed up with it i know i cant cope without antidepressents ive tried and ive tried other antidepressents but the side effects are worse has sertraline made anyone else have stomache problems .

I'm in the same situation as you: I get night sweats, have lost weight (which I'm NOT complaining about!) and for the past week I've been getting bad stomach pain. I was on 25mg but increased to 50mg as my depression was coming back. I've also tried many other ADs but sertraline has been the only one that has helped. It seems a small price to pay when you look at the overall picture, but it might help if you perhaps reduced to 75 or 50mg.

Im on sertraline 50mg and iv been getting night sweats to. i was getting worried about them but as you both get them at least i no its prob side effect of these meds.

i also suffer alot of stomach problems and my ibs seems worse now
