Hi there,
I have been noticing that i have most of my attacks at night, and without even realising i have not been sleeping until 3am for the last few weeks! nighttime is the worst time for me, and it is when i feel at my lowest. any advice to help my mind get out of this pattern and to stop feeling so low at night anyone?
thanks
Hi
I don't really have any advice for you just wanted to let you know there are many people on this site with the same problem as you.
I find I can't sleep when I have a lot on my mind or when there is a break in routine (e.g. not being at work).
I usually just do something that distracts me from thinking those low thoughts until I am tired. Like popping into the chatroom on here or maybe the Local?
