Hey,

Got this horrible nagging feeling of worry- horrible. it's like a heavy weight. I'm worrying about absolutely everything and anything. Litterally, if it's not one thing it's another and it's so tiring! just want to chill out properly. Feel so on edge!

Anyone else get this?

worrying is like sitting in a ricking chair. it gives you some thing to do but gets you nowhere!

I have anxiety most of the time, I have health anxiety too so that gives me lots to worry about!
I find doing physical activity helps, even just cleaning! or talking to people.
it helps get you out of your own head.
For me I think that I'm addicted to worrying about things!
