I have suffered from low blood pressure for years and every doctor, Nurse etc who has taken my bp has said i'm lucky!! Yes I get the occassional lightheadedness
and dizzy spells when I stand up to fast but it's always been put across to me that it's a far better to have low blood pressure then high. On many occassions the odd doctor here and there as been quite suprised just how low my blood pressure has gone but I have never had any meds and no one has ever said its needs to be investigated. If it's really upsetting you go and see your doctor to put your mind to rest. Says she who suffers from H/A.... I'm sure everything will be ok try not to worry too much.
