Hello,
I am new to the website. I have suffered with anxiety on and off for 11 yrs now since the birth of my 3rd child. I was diagnosed with PND when she was 6 months old and it all started with a panic attack which gave me an irregular heartbeat and that caused me to suffer as no one explained to me what was really happening. I used to get panic attacks but these have decreased to one maybe every few yrs. My main gripe with all of this anxiety business is the heart issues, as i have found with others. I have always had an irregular heartbeat from quite a young age as i could always feel it and i think this made me more prone to be in tune with my heart. I would always check it when i was young! I still do!
This is a dreaded thing to have and it is very debilitating to my life. I just want to be normal again.
