TOP OF THE LIST IS ,

1) STOP BEING A PEOPLE PLEASER/ PUT MYSELF FIRST.

2) LOOSE WEIGHT (10 LB).

3) SAVE SOME MONEY IF POSSIBLE.

4) CONTINUE TO BATTLE AGAINST MY PANIC ATTACKS.

Sounds manageable :) Fab idea!

Mine would be:

1) Accept that I can not do everything all of the time.

2) Find a better coping mechanism

3) Try not to take it out on the kids

4) Pass my first year of Teacher Training.

Hi meg, didnt know my other post was on there lol, I tried posting it on here and thought it failed when i couldnt find it ..........told you i was loosing it ![V]
