Hi All,
Just joined after reading a few times.Have had panic and anxiety for about 10 yrs or so. Hate the panics. Ive ended up in hospital twice now and after a series of tests on my heart been given the all clear. Still don't actually think this can all be in my head. I wondered if everyones symptoms are the same? Mine starts with a sudden increase in my heartbeat, like a switch going on, beating out of my chest really hard n fast and it won't slow down. It can go on for hours.Last time I ended up at the docs with really high blood pressure that wouldn't go down neither would my pulse. It wipes me out n leaves me very scared and kind of re-enforces my feeling that there must be something wrong. Thanks for listening n could you let me know if you have similar.
