Is this normal (diarhea)

I haven't went to that bathroom in like 2 days, but today my stomach started hurting and I had gas and there was like air somewhere near my stomach lol and it made noise, and I had a LOT of diarrhea. I am feeling fine now, but there was like white bubble things in it, I don't know if that's anything. Anyways has anyone else had this happen? 2-3 days with not going to the bathroom then a lot of diarrhea? I'm not sure why but I am panicking:unsure:

this happens to a lot of people after not going to the restroom for a few days!

i dont think its anything you should be concerned about.

In a few days everything should be back to normal again
