Hi everyone.

My name is Belinda and I heard about this site through a fellow Aussie. I've been struggling with panic and anxiety for a fairly short amount of time but it feels like much longer.

It's a shame somewhere like this even has to exist, but I'm glad it does and hope I can share experiences with you all.
