head feels pressured and drunk when im not

its confusing to describe ,does anyone experiance the feeling like you are drunk when you are walking ,that is the only way i can describe the feeling ,everything is kind of wobbley in my head ,especially when im walking out and about outside . its scary cos i keep thinking i have a brain tumour .

Hi Kirst, yes i experience it on and off and thought the same about brain tumour 4 years ago, but from what ive read on here and gp its anxiety symptoms, mines been bit worse recently but ive had bit more stress and worry so put it down to that, but i can relate to what you are saying and your experiences and it is uncomfotable and worrying at the time, its always best to have chat with gp tho.

just wanted to say this is exactly how ive been feeling for a few months now. GP has told me tension and anxiety. But like you i still worry its a tumour.
So i just wanted to say i can really relate to how you are feeling.
