Another newbie from Lincolnshire

Hi, I've suffered from anxiety, panic attacks & depression for 12 years. Have been on & off meds during this time. The last two years have been reasonable and have managed without meds but since early December my anxiety & depression have returned. Must be something in the air here in Lincolnshire judging by the number of members in the area!
Just glad to have found a site where other people understand how I feel.
