Hey everyone,

I'm a male from the West Midlands area, been suffering from anxiety, panic, hypochondria (mainly about my health) for years, and I've preety much been suffering in silence. I'm not great at talking in person about my problems, so I thought something like this would be great! And this forum really is great, loads of interesting articles to calm me down and make me think differentley :)

Anyway, I'm into the usual 'guy' stuff..Gym, Music (I play Drums, Piano and Guitar), Xbox 360 and seeing my girlfriend/friends.
