I'm just saying hello. I suffer from quite severe anxiety and depression. I am currently in psychotherapy privately once a week, I have been on 20mg of Citalopram for a week and the NHS are referring me to start CBT some time soon.

Although all my friends are kind and caring, they are also very confident people and I feel like they don't really understand me. So that's why i'm here, to try and communicate with people who understand that part of my life.

I hope that joining this forum help me overcome my anxiety and also give me the chance to help others.
