Hello, Names Lissa..Im a 14 year old girl who has panic attacks really bad..i have never talked to anyone about them except my best friend, who worries but dosnt say anything.
I was hoping that i could get some help here..see if i should see a doctor or something. I have no medical conditions that have caused this that i know of, but i tend to have more than 3 a month so yeah.
