i'd just thought i'd introduce myself.
so....... hello
i am 21 and have suffered from anxiety/panic attacks for 3 years now. glad i found some people who experience the same feelings as me.
also insomnia is a big problem thats why its 6:57am and i'm still awake i shall now go lie down and stare at the ceiling for a couple of hours.

Hi Criz,

Welcom to the site havent been on here for ages so thought I would say hello. Everyone here is great and helped me get through some difficult times. Am now recovering from alot of the anxiety that I had before so there is definately light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi
One thing I've found useful when I can't sleep is a personal radio or cd player with books on tape. As long as I hear voices it's like being read a story when you're a child and it brings the anxiety down a notch. It may not help you go out to sleep completely but it does take you to a nicer place. Make sure the books or subjects are nice though!
