It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Hi
One thing I've found useful when I can't sleep is a personal radio or cd player with books on tape. As long as I hear voices it's like being read a story when you're a child and it brings the anxiety down a notch. It may not help you go out to sleep completely but it does take you to a nicer place. Make sure the books or subjects are nice though!
Thinking of you
Hi Criz and Welcome,
