of rushing to A&E with chest pains and ecg's, ultrasound on my heart and a stress test my doctor has finally diagnosed me with costochondritis and fibromyalgia. The pain will always be around but at least now i have a name for the pain and i try hard not to think i am having a heart attack. I have also to start going to a CBT group to help me cope with the pain etc.
