Angry all the time

im on 20mg of citalapram a day. i used to be on more, but since the amount has gone down i just feel angry all the time and for no reason. i was wondering if any1 else has felt like this??? and if any 1 has any advice for me?

Yeah,,I do sometimes and can't figure it out. I feel like going to punch out a wall or something .I think its just pent up frustration and wanting to relieve it..What I have found that helps is get busy and work as hard as you can at something physical so that you get so exhausted you don't feel like being angry anymore. .Yep I can identify.. It could be the drop in your dose. I remember that when I reduced my antidepressant I had terrible anger in me. Give it a while for your body to adjust to the lower dose and it should get better.

thanks for the comments. i think doin some physical could help. for now i will just have to try my hardest to keep my temper under control
