Hi

Booked a appointment at the docs my ibs is just not calming down and i am petrified she will refer me to the hospital to check it isnt anything else

i also want to tell her my back aches sometimes affecting my left arm my hands go stiff again i am scared stiff she will want me to go hospital as ever my mind is going blank i am worried i am wasting thier time i can not cope with this in my head all the time

Went docs she has changed my ibs medication form colofac to peppermint oil capsules? anyone had exp of these? they any good?

She has also put me on propanolol(sp)?? for my anxiety anyone had any exp of these??

i feel bit better in myself but still have the left sided vibration thats scaring me

hi ive got propranololl and not taking em cos i feel so nervous about taking em but would like to try them i also went bck to docs today and they just teled me there was nowt else they can do for me xxx :(
