Had my first CBT session today to see if it can help with my stress & health anxiety. Really nice therapist who actually deals with chronic pain/IBS issues as well so I'm hopeful....:)

Now just have to do the homework: "I feel anxious when....." - well, where do I start?!! :wacko:

Will keep you all posted.

It helps when you get on with your therapist and think they're nice - so you should do well.

Good luck with it anyway and let us know how you get on...
