Ok I am trying to find some advice on something that has been bothering me.
I have done pretty well with my HA the past couple weeks, but I have been noticing a pattern now. Around the same time every month (yes I am female so I mean that time), is when my anxiety is higher.
I keep getting panic attacks or some sort of night terrors in the middle of the night. I wake up and I am completely a mess...heart racing and my head hurts from the rush of blood. It only lasts 30-60 minutes but it feels like a lifetime.
Anybody have any advice? I have trouble with this because it startles me out of a solid sleep, and so I am confused and panicky for what seems to be no reason, and it freaks me out.
Also, I am concerned that this is going to give me high BP or a stroke. I mean I totally have head rushes and stuff during this. It worries me.
