I've regressed a bit in recent months and now I am returning to the things I was doing when i got better about 3-4 years ago. I've pulled Been There, Done That, Do This! off the shelf and am reading it again. I am starting to exercise and meditate again. These steps worked before to reduce my anxiety and lord knows I need these things again.

Is anyone else utilizing CBT and exercise to calm themselves?

Yeah, I find that minfulness helps me.

I still counter my thoughts in the TEA forms almost everyday. It only takes me a few minutes now and it keeps my mind right and I think has prevented the type of regression you are talking about that you are experiencing now. I bet once you get into the habit of doing them again it will come back to you (like riding a bike) and you will be feeling a lot better in a week or two:hugs:
