Hi All
I'm struggling to type this because I'm shaking so much. I've awoken this morning feeling okay but within 10 mins I'm up I've been sick and now I'm so anxious I can't make a decision.
I'm trying to keep busy, cleaning, washing etc but I've got no real plans today and that really sends me sideways. I feel at sea.
Any tips, support would be appreciated.

Hi Hun is your anxiety that made you sick or do you have a bug? as you have no plans for today and if you have some time on your hand maybe you could have a nice relaxing day, do some things just for you. nice long bath read a book watch t.v. etc
thaking your mind of things is always a good thing to do.

if you need to chat then let me know and we can go to the chat room.

Hi
It's the anxiety that makes me sick. I'm now trying to keep busy but I have my son to look after too. I know they come in waves and that it will pass.
I'm on anti-depressants and have been for a few month, and I'm sure that because I have food poisoning for a few days they haven't been able to be absorbed into my blood stream - hence the return of the panic attacks, as I've never had them return when I've been on medication (apart from right at the beginning). Is this likely?

Maybe it would be helpoful to make a plan for yourslef the night before so taht when you wake up you have got some structure and know what you are doing.

Getrting straight up and trying to eat breakfast is always best becuase it stabilises your blood sugar. Even just a cup of tea or something may help.

Even if you aren't going out try and make a plan that you will get dressed and plan to watch something or read something to keep yoour mind distracted.

Hope it passes soon

I always was sick first thing and last thing.

Tonic water to help get rid of the gas and regular eating helped as well as exercise , active relaxation and distraction.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Thanks for the help. A nice bath with lavender, a walk with my son and I feel much better and solid again. This is a great site thanks again.

Hi there sorry to read you're having a hard time.

The fact that you are trying to stay busy may just be what is pushing the anxiety up. Why not slow down and take a break and treat yourself to something nice like a bath or just sit and take some deep breaths in and out for five minutes. A little a lone time and you can tell yourself to slow down that the anxiety will go away.
Good Luck!
