Very Bad Day Today...

Hi Today I Have Been Getting These Dreaded Giddy Spells Constantly. They Are Getting On My Nervs I Have Had A Gutsfull :lac:

Is It Normal To Get These Giddy Spells All The Time.. Should I See A Doctor?? They Make Me Feel Awsume Constantly :(

hey jonny first of all massive ((((hugs))))

i too get giddy spells a lot, more so when im in a situation where i dont want to be like today at the check out in argos for example!

they are very frightening and scary and i sometimes find these spells hard to describe.

:bighug1:these dizzy spells are very common with anxiety Johnny, but it might be worth getting the doc to check your ears as inner ear infection can cause similar if it doesn't pass.

I Dont Mind One Or 2 A Week Its Wen I Get Days Were I Have 10 etc An Hour! :mad:

I Am Definatly Going To See The Doctor About My Ears Tho That Sounds Like A Good Idea
