So its day 4 & so far so good. I am still anxious, but no worse, more calmer if anything or is that the propanalol?
The side effects i have had so far is feeling really tired, to the point i don't want to get up in the morning & feel i could sleep for England. Blurred vision, dry mouth & i feel off balance more so, but i get that anyway.
I feel more relaxed though if anything & with 4omg of propanalol it works well.
