New to this

Hi everyone,

I Have suffered anxiety and panic attacks for the best part of ten years and was on meds until 18 months ago. Thought I had finally conquered it but just recently have started getting really anxious and agitated again.

My other half works away from home a lot and left yesterday for a week so am a bit out of sorts at the mo!
