I was wondering because I have ordered it. I'm going to see the doc about tackling my depression from a nutritional stance as I am so reactive to the food I eat. I wanted to know if anybody has read it and what they think please. The most recent addition was released in Dec 2009 but the original was written in 2001 with a different title. It has good reviews so far.
