Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

I get ringing in my ears too, it's terrible isn't it! I listen to loud music or watch a movie with the sound up, but it's still there and you can't really listen to music 24/7....could be hard to explain at work:D. It's not always there however, how long have your ears been ringing????

I have started this as well; right now as a matter of fact. It is another one of those irritating things to put up with.

Helloooo,

I have problems with my ears all the time! They are either ringing, popping or blocked!!

You could try not to get water into your ears (might sound silly but this is when I have most of my ear problems)
I put about 2 drops of olive oil into my ears every 1-2 weeks, it works and feels better if you warm it a little first - this helps to stop the wax building up and creating pressure from a blockage in your ear.

Anyway hope that helps a litttle, I know how annoying ear problems are.
I think you should see your GP again though as you could have an infection or tinnitus or maybe just they are just blocked - you may need them syringed (sorry about spelling! lol)

Oh yeah.....and also have you had a cold lately...or maybe feel that you have one on its way??? That can play havock with your ears!
