Has anyone ever had a really bad day..
well today ive had a really bad day, ive recently broken up with my fiancé and i had the biggest panic attack ever today, now im getting stomache pains and i just dont feel so good, i cant sleep properly and i really miss him. Im worried about these pains, they feel like a bruised pain, all over my stomache in random places. Anyone know what this could be?
