When you get goosebumps but in your head

Does anyone every get this.

its like when you shiver and get goose bumps but they are in your head.

its really scary and making me panic.

im getting other panic symtoms now and my face feels abit numb.

I have had this shiver in head before so why am i so scared now :weep:
