freaky twitching

im always twitching...my boyfriend notices it when we lie together and he thinks im uncomfortable with him....im not i just twitch all the time! its really annoying! somtimes my head really jerks back and i get funny looks off people :/

This is probably anxiety related and I would mention this to your GP as he/she may be able to give you something to stop this. Good Luck xx

Are you also find it hard to concentrate on things? My anti-depressant helps with this.
