So depressed

Hi,

I have been a sufferer of HA for suc a long time now... I used to be able to deal with it.

But now i feel so so depressed... i just want it all to end.

I hate being me and I hate the constant fears and thoughts in my head.

Please help me someone...what can i do.

I know it might not help much but you are not alone, those of us whove been there know how awful it is, i dont think even medics really know. You know i felt so bad a while back i called an ambulance, god the shame. Then i read a post of someone whod also done it and it really helped me. Its like needing to give yourself a break. Youre a good person and you deserve a medal because of the courage it takes to keep going. Accept the little things and hope to build on them. Take care:flowers:
