ok so..this weekend ive had 3 panic attacks...i dont know why they start just all of a sudden i start to freak out and clamp up and have really scary thoughts. what do i do?

Hello.
Panic Attacks can come from out of the blue,you are probably under alittle stress Do you know how to deep breath as in exercises this helps you to relax and get back into control,you also might be thinking of negative thoughts,this can trigger panic.I have had panic att, for days before I started cognitve therapy and breathing exercises.You will be Ok.
