hi everyone, well im new on to this site, ive suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for 12 years on and off, however over the last 5 months they have come back really bad, i get scared going out some days and so stay at home in my safe zone lol..its really difficult for me as i have a family and need to go about my daily life as best i can. but i am finding it difficult right now.
