About to have a panic attack

Im about to have a panic attack. I really dont feel good. I feel very alone. :/

Awww, so sorry that no one was about to support you when you needed it most!
Theres nothing worse than been alone in the dead of the night and suffering a panic attack, it can be very isolating. I have been there hun.
I hope you managed to control your panic, if not i hope it passed quickly.
