Hello! Everyone,

I have been a Member on here for a couple of years:)

I would very much like to share with you something I have recently learnt from An Accupuncuist when feeling panicky/stressed out.

Find the top of your ears (Little flat bit near the top) and with your fore finger and thumb on each hand and ear rub gently for a few minutes.......

This is a pressure point and you should find that after a while you start to feel calmer.

Please let me know if it works for you as it does for me...........
