Another Newbie

Hi everyone! I came across NMP last summer ('09) while awake in the wee hours of the night due to a major panic attack. I keep coming back because reading posts and articles calms me down as it reinforces that what I'm experiencing is panic/anxiety not something serious like a heart attack or stroke. Because I keep coming back to NMP, I finally became a member!
NMP has helped me a great deal. Thank you!
