biting tongue when sneezing - common or insane???

I seem to be doing this a lot and then doubting myself as to why I have red and white lumps on the side of my tongue later in the day and we all know what that represents or is a symptom of :(

Do any of you do this?

Never used to do this

Drives me absolutely mad

My tongue and gums are in a serious mess as it is

Just wanna know if any1 here does it or anything?

Done it ten thousand times lately.. even my lip , I can't imagine how but I did . .My mouth hurts like hell ,especially my tongue..Nothing abnormal about this at all.. Period

It's ALWAYS my mouth. Nothing else. Always seems to be mouth related issues.
