I am a 26 year old female from Australia. I suffer from PTSD, social anxiety, depression, self harm, panic. I am not really very sure what else to say as this is my first post and feel a little strange, but wanted to say hello. Feel very alone and like I'm going crazy at times, and that no one understands.
