Chest Infection

I had a really bad panic attack last night that i got my fiancé to call the emergancy hotline for someone to come see me, i couldnt hardly breathe and it was very worrying, and its all because i started smoking again im getting all worried incase im going to get the chest infection back what made me quit smoking a couple of years ago and stupidly enough i started smoking, had about 4-5 menthols in the space of 3 days (stopped now) but i can feel my chest getting worse, the paramedic said he couldnt hear weezing on my chest and that my breathing is fine (when i calmed down) but im scared its slowly creeping on me im drinking alot but it doesnt seem to be working, i dont want to go to hospital with a bad chest infection again the last chest infection i had was so bad they put an oxygen mask on over my nose and mouth.. im really scared. And ive been getting a horrible tight acheyness in my upper adomen between but just lower my breasts..



Does anyone have any knowledge or a similar story to this? What can i do?
