Hi :) My name is Babs, Im 26years old, married with four beautiful children and a wonderful husband. I have suffered from panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder and depression for about 4 years and it is really nice to find somewhere I can read other peoples experiences and not feel as alone as I do at 3 in the morning when I can feel a panic attack coming on!!:(

I would love to hear fromm anyone who is going throught the same thing as me and maybe we can help each other through this awful ilness.:)
