I am new to this as well

Hello everyone,

I am going through an intense period of anxiety/panic which seemed to flare up from nowhere - it was very mild before and situational. I am on zoloft and clonazapam to try to relax. In the meantime I have started cognitive behaviour therapy to recognize my negative self-talk and replace the messages with positive ones. I am looking forward to hearing others' stories on this site. It looks so helpful. thank you.
