anal fissure

hi everyone can an anal fissure be a bit further up the back passage that the doctor cant actually see it because i have burning ang stinging in my anus but it feels like its a bit further up ive had anal exam but she couldnt see or feel anything apart from my anal mustle being tight from stress and tension has anyone else got an anal fissure and could you describe your symptoms please thanks

I have had several but the doc said he could see them so not much help to you I am afraid.

What makes you think it is a fissure?

doctor says i might av a slight tear but she couldnt see one but i av just read on google sorry they can be a bit further up and also when i have a bm it sometimes burns as if somethings tearing ive also had bright red blood on tp only a bit i do have internal piles too

If the piles are troublesome you can get them injected.

You can also get some cream for anal fissures

Hi, Ive had one or 15 years. When I get a little constipated it tears again and stings and bleeds. I dont see why they couldnt be higher up. I guess you could tear anywhere in there. Adelle.x
