BP after anx attacks

Logically speaking id have to say that they Raise ones blood pressure, but how much and for how long? Would this cause any heart issues? Im prone to nosebleeds and had a "moment" earlier am now suffering from a nasal bleed.

In my experience blood pressure is not raised during a panic attack.

Last May I was in the back of an ambulance suffering a series of them and my BP was normal throughout.
