Hi all
Will try to keep it brief(ish) so as not to sound too dramatic, but I've a family history of clinical depression and anxiety; was on Fluoxetine at 16-18 then from 19-24 I've been on Escitalopram. Primarily for social anxiety disorder - petrified of everyone and everything basically. Mostly in the past now though, with just a bit of second-guessing and suspicion but I think that's healthy.
Took my last tablet on Friday and am now riding out the storm which will no doubt get worse over the next few days.
Intending to make some like-minded friends here and hopefully give advice to people in the position I was in previously. One of my biggest regrets of the last few years is doing so much of it alone and I wish I had thought to join a forum like this!
I'm sure we'll get along just fine :)
